2019-Today: The President's House (Ryan)

2019-Today: The President's House (Ryan)

In December 2019, the historic home was ready to welcome President Ryan and his family - just in time to celebrate the holiday season.

In January 2020, Carr's Hill officially re-opened when the Ryans hosted a reception for all of the dedicated professionals who were part of the historic renovation.  From University architects and historical preservationists to facilities management staff and community contractors, the Ryans were pleased to recognize all of those who were part of the re-interpretation of the historic home.

Looking forward, the Ryans will continue the long-standing tradition of hosting and honoring students, faculty, and staff from across the University.  They also look forward to bringing people from the University and community together through meaningful and inclusive engagement and will expand on the idea that Carr’s Hill is a place where ideas are born, opinions are exchanged, bridges are built, people and their accomplishments are celebrated, and the arts are enjoyed and embraced.
